Eat Breakfast for a Great Life!
Don't skip breakfast.
That advice tops a list of health-tips-to-swear-by in this month's Men's Health magazine.
Best-selling author, Dr. Mehmet Oz--who puts his mouth where his money is--says his morning standby is a perfect way to stave off hunger in the afternoon: steel-cut oatmeal, mixed with raisins, walnuts and flaxseed oil.
And another great pay-off of getting an early start with this high fiber meal, Dr. Oz says, is that it "also keeps your metabolism more active throughout the day; breakfast eaters are thinner than people who just rush out the door."

Our body energy level depends on what we eat or consume. i agree with this. never skip breakfast! it serves as fuel of our body for the whole day of work.
