Dr. Michael G. Katsaros

Dr. Michael Katsaros is highly regarded for excellence in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry – including crowns, veneers, implants and exquisite bondings.

He also is known for his expertise in gum reshaping, implant dentistry, root canal therapy and providing effective treatment in the area of snoring and sleep-breathing disorders. Patients particularly enjoy his gentle touch and empathetic approach to patient care–establishing an instant rapport–while putting patients at ease!

Dr. Katsaros is dedicated to providing advanced dentistry at the highest and most comprehensive level–with particular attention to the connection between oral and body health. Working to stay at the forefront of today's cutting-edge techniques in dentistry, he is a frequent student at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He also has completed extensive training in the field of Posturology and advanced tooth movement through orthodontics that actually mimic the natural development of bone and dentition.

His advanced studies in tooth straightening allow him to successfully use painless and removable DNA™ appliance therapy to realign the jaw and bones and to move teeth on patients of all ages. This non-surgical treatment also provides relief from problems of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. A designated Somnomed sleep dentist–Dr. Katsaros designs comfortable, oral removable devices to treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, often eliminating the need to use a CPAP machine during sleep. He is also an Invisalign–certified dentist.

Dr. Katsaros is a graduate of Villanova University and received his summa cum laude DMD degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry. He also graduated from the highly regarded "General Practice Residency" at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Dr. Katsaros is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
