Now, this procedure, because you have dark pigmentation there, is removed by using a laser, did you know that? I’ve seen something online, but I wasn’t really sure about anything. There’ve been a lot of methods, but the laser seems to work the best for us. Ok. I feel good about my smile, the only thing that’s really bothered me is my gums and I don’t like the tone, some people, they ask me have I ever smoked, so that really bothers me. But the actual shape and the color of my teeth, I’m really happy with my smile, I like my dimples. I just…I just really want my gums really pink so I can kind of…it’s like the completion for me, I guess. I started with Google and then I found Washington dentistry and I looked at some of the photos and I was really happy with the results, the comparisons online, and I decided to make my appointment and come in. It wasn’t bad at all, it was pretty quick, maybe about 20 minutes and I’m really, really happy with the results. I even got a little gum contouring; it’s almost like a two in one! But it was really, it was a great experience. I really like it. I can’t wait until they actually heal all the way so I can see the full results, but I’m happy. Hi! My name is Jane and I have been a patient at the Washington Center for Dentistry for over twenty years. I have to share with you that I am a severe dental phobic. I have been coming here, as I said, for over twenty years and I would say that, for all of those twenty years, I have wanted to do something about my bad British teeth. They’re yellow, they were crooked, and I was a little bit hesitant. I was scared. I had met Dr. Rinaldi. We talked about it, I think, for about a year before I finally decided I was going to take the plunge and do something about it. When Dr. Rinaldi told me what he could do, I was a little bit apprehensive. I think that what it was was I knew exactly what I did not want; I wasn’t sure what I wanted. And what I did not want was big Chiclet teeth that looked so false, and Dr. Rinaldi told me that that is not what he does that he was going to match the teeth that he replaced to the teeth that he did not. So, I felt a lot of confidence that he was going to get the smile to look natural. I never knew that there was a place like Washington Center for Dentistry some office and practice that catered to patients who were dental phobic but I was made so comfortable. It was a whole lot easier than I thought. In fact, I was rather embarrassed for holding that stuffed animal and William’s hand so tightly. I couldn’t have been more comfortable. If I had wanted music, Dr. Rinaldi said I could have music. I could have a towel. Everything was done to make me comfortable. The only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner. One of the big things for me is that I would never smile in photographs. I was always embarrassed about my teeth. I would absolutely recommend Washington Center for Dentistry particularly Dr. Rinaldi, He’s kind. He’s gentle. Whatever it takes to make you comfortable, he will do, his staff will do. It’s a pleasure, actually, to come here.

So, it had been quite a while since I had been to a dentist and I was feeling a little bit guilty and someone I know said that they had been to the Washington Center for Dentistry and it was a really different kind of experience. So, even though I live out in Bethesda, Maryland, I thought, Okay, Ill give it a try, and I did and it really was different. I’ve never had a hygiene facility like this anywhere. They were so thorough. It was like they were trying to catch little problems before they turned into big problems. They explained everything to me all along the way. One way they did that that I really liked, they took digital x-rays and then they projected those on a screen right in front of me through the whole appointment. So, they found a little trouble spot or a little area that needed special attention, they could point to it on the x-ray, I could look at it and see it with my own eyes. They also did a fluoride treatment and that was something that I had not had done since I was a child. But, apparently, its been found that this is really important for adults, too. Its a good preventative measure. Another thing they did, they took measurements of my gum health and they kept a record of all those. Every time I come in, they monitor that, they follow it again to just sort of get upfront of problems before anything big and bad would happen. They told me a very basic thing. They said maybe consider getting an electric toothbrush and I did and I’ve just been really surprised at what a difference it makes and feeling like my teeth are really getting cleaner. The hygienist was the one who mentioned that. She was just very knowledgeable, really personable. I felt completely at ease with her and the dentist, too. Doctor Deutsch was terrific. I had a lot of questions. He answered all of them. In fact, for my next follow-up visit, he was going to be away on the date that I wanted to come in and I just felt so good about everybody I ran into there, all the people I encountered. It didn’t matter to me that I couldn’t see him again. I really trusted that they were all great. You know, the whole practice seemed so professional, so efficient. At the same time, it was just really warm and friendly and personal. The people were all just great. You know, I guess my bottom line was that it was definitely worth coming in from Bethesda. I took the metro. It was real easy. There’s a stop right by the office. You know, I will keep coming. To me, I guess I walked away from the whole first experience thinking, if they do this great a job and just are so careful with the routine hygiene visit, I would very much trust them for anything big that I would need to have done in the future.

Hi my name is Frank Busserto. I'm in my early 40s. And I am a patient of Dr. Deutsch at the Washington Center for Dentistry. Dr. Deutsch recommended Invisalign on my cleaning appointment. He realized that due the crowding on the bottom and top of my teeth, I was developing a lot of buildup, and it was really hard to floss. I feel really ashamed of my smile. I couldn't really talk to people, I didn't feel comfortable at all. Dr. Deutsch and I discussed the treatment, and I started my Invisalign case. It's been 12 months, a wonderful 12 months, and I can say that my bite and my teeth are straight now. I can smile with confidence. It's been the best investment I have ever done on myself. The trays really, really helped me get back my confidence. People would not even notice that I was wearing Invisalign. When I would mention to them, "Yes, I am an Invisalign patient," and would show them my trays, they were surprised. They would say, "I couldn't even tell you were wearing your trays." I would wear my trays all day long, for 22 hours. I would remove my trays for dinner, for lunch, breakfast. I would brush, and put my trays back on. It was very simple. It was a really simple process. I got used to my trays in no time. I think that my before and after really show amazing results. I would highly recommend Invisalign to anyone.
