“I went in for a cleaning yesterday. Briona gave me a warm welcoming and a seamless check out. Soosan, my hygienist, was so nice and I was well informed of what was going to happen and how to improve my overall health. She won me over and will make this spot the only place I go. I’m so happy that Dr. Fordjour is still here. He came in to double check and make sure I was comfortable with our plan.”

“I followed Dr. Taneja here from another practice because he has always provided great care, and I am so happy with the experience at Washington Center for Dentistry. Dr. Taneja is incredibly friendly, professional, and great at diagnosing and treating issues with my teeth (I unfortunately grind them which has resulted in painful cracks and other issues more than once). I also have loved every dental assistant with whom I have interacted. All of my cleanings and procedures have been done quickly, gently, and efficiently. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time and am always taken back right away. The administrative staff is also great — super friendly on the phone and I am always able to get an appointment quickly when I have a problem.”

“I am amazed with this dental office. My recent dental procedure was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Fordjour and Teresa explained the procedure to me so that there were no surprises, and both had a wonderful bedside manner that put me at ease. I have been continually impressed by the people here and the expanding technology they use. During my first visit, it felt like being in the future in contrast to the previous dental office I’ve gone to. Routine cleanings are much more comfortable here as well. They have eliminated my anxiety towards dentists.”

“If you have any level of anxiety, as I do, about going to a dental office, this is the place for you. Dr Deutsch has a calming, professional examination approach as does his staff, including the dental hygienist who took care of me, Punita Fielding. Punita Fielding not only carried out a complete oral exam, she also made very helpful recommendations for my home dental care that were easily melded into my daily routine. What a relief to be in the care of such capable and compassionate dental professional.”

“Post-COVID-19, I’ve been dreading going to the dentist but finally broke down and made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned recently at Washington Center For Dentistry. I was really impressed with how streamlined and efficient they were about taking proper precautions to make sure patients felt safe and healthy. The waiting room had designated seating areas ensuring people were six feet apart, there were hand sanitizing stations and my hygienist was patient, kind and very empathetic toward me feeling comfortable. They even had special equipment they used while cleaning my teeth — I think it helped suck away air particles in the space between me and my hygienist, not sure. All in all, it was one of the better environments I’ve been in for medical reasons since the pandemic started. Kudos to their team for so thoughtfully and carefully setting everything up and following guidance to prevent the spread of Covid-19.”

“SoonYoung Kim is my favorite dental hygienist. When we first met I needed topical numbing and gas to calm my nerves to get through a cleaning, but she worked with me and today I had an all clear check up that we got through in 30 minutes. She’s been a key part of making the dentist less terrible and if you’re sensitive or nervous, she’s the one for you.”
